Finely restored 16th century manor house with lake view with design details

In a quiet and natural setting, an old manor house from the end of the 16th century has been restored, preserving its original charm and embellishing it with modern details of great design that give it charm and enchantment. The three-storey building is arranged in a horseshoe shape and overlooks a well-kept and sunny courtyard with a large covered area with an old wine press where you can spend cool evenings in the moonlight. Access to the property is through the carefully restored original gate. The left wing of the house is composed as follows: On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with fireplace, a habitable kitchen with fireplace and a service bathroom, all with large windows overlooking the courtyard. The spiral staircase connects us to the loft-like upper floor with a living room with fireplace, study and walk-in wardrobe. The gallery room has a whirlpool bath and a terrace with lake views. In the central part of the house we are welcomed by a large living room with fireplace and a reading room with gallery and views of the inner courtyard. The right part of the house has two small independent flats and another bedroom with bathroom and a lovely covered terrace overlooking the lake. The property is suitable for a private residence, but considering the independence of the flats, it is also suitable for tourist rental. The property is accessed via an old village road 200 metres from the large public car park.
